"Ice Cream Surprise"

How I did it: I was in the mood for some ice cream from a local establishment. When I finally arrived at the store, the people who were infront of me, it was a mother and daughter, apparently didn't have any cash, or not enough. I'm not sure which.I heard their total. While they were discussing what they were going to do with the cashier, who let them take it with them while trying to find an ATM, I decided I would pay for theirs.

When it came time for time for me to pay, I informed the cashier of my intentions. I was asked several times if I was sure, and each time I answered yes. So I paid for theirs, and mine.

I walked out of their with a gift card for a free small ice cream for my efforts. That little trip was just full of surprises.

    There was a lady in Superdrug totally full of cold and I gave her my packet of tissues, and there was a guy on the bus who wanted to get to the station and I made sure he got there… made me feel like a useful member of society I guess :)

    To be honest though, I gave the lady the tissues because the sound of sneezing and runny noses was annoying me, and the guy I helped was cute, so not entirely selfless acts. Although I can’t really remember doing anything that wasn’t a bit selfish. Perhaps that should be one of my next goals..
