Basically the goal is to lose weight no matter how much will I lose. I will try to lessen the food I eat, sugar intakes(no!!!),exercise para eventually papayat na ako!

but everyone is exclaiming over my lovely slim figure, so i really don’t think I need to lose those last 10 lb. anyway, my body is telling me it’s happy at 140 lb – it may drop lower when I start regular fasting, but I’d have to be on a permanent fast to lose more weight. I’m very pleased with the weight loss I have, and I like the new clothes I’ve bought. If I lost more weight I’d have to go down a size and I’m having difficulty finding size 12 with long enough arms and legs as it is.
Even though I didn’t meet this target exactly, I still achieved my goal of getting back a nice figure.
My weight has always fluctuated majorly, and I’ve never worried about it at all. But today, I found a scale and hopped on for fun.

183. Got that, people? I’m 5’7”. 183 is NOT healthy or cute or anything. Blew me away. I know I haven’t been doing much in the way of daily activities (i.e. running around, etc). I used to get plenty of exercise with an old job, because it was fun to just run around, and you never noticed it til suddenly, 2 months later you realize you just lost 30 lbs. I’m switching back to that job cause…yeah, this ain’t cuttin it.
I’m going to start the dreaded Calorie Counting, and get back to running, too, hoping for quicker results.
Planning on writing every week or so, and this here’s my motivation.

Brian Tamaki has announced he is disbanding the Destiny Party. This is kind of an out for me, as I’ve been reconsidering whether I actualy should lose that last 10 pounds – I’m a healthy weight now; I’d be borderline underweight if I went down to 130 lb. If I don’t make it, am I off the hook, or should I send the money to his new political party?
Down to 140 lbs, yes!!!! Actually not too sure I need obsess about those last 10 lb as i’m now a very healthy weight for my height, but since I’ve set the goal….
Actually dr has taken me off one prescription the last two month, which seems to have helped.
well, i weigh 243 and im about 5’11. im majorly over weight. ive been looking at myself lately and just not liking how i look. i started to cut down on my food intake Monday and i went down from 245 to at least 243. ive been doing the slim fast thing but i want to do more. i cant go outside because its been raining like every day for a few weeks now. ( i live in Oklahoma and the weather is wearied.) can anyone help me with the physical thing?? thanks
Only 14 pounds to go – approx half a pound a week until the end of the year. looks like i will make it well before then and greedy Brian Tamaki isn’t getting a penny from me.
I weigh 170 and have finally looked at myself in the mirror and realized I need to lose weight. I love food, but I’m starting to love my health more and if I continue on, I’m going to balloon up fast. Compared to a lot of people my age I don’t eat a lot and I eat somewhat healthy. I also work out for about an hour three times a week. I’ve been doing that for about 2 months now and nothing has changed. I’m considering going on a fast but I dont want to lower my metabolism. Is there any advice out there? I need inspiration!!
