sunbathe topless

I do this in my backyard almost daily during the summer.

I did it in Spain, where my inlaws live and in Mexico. Wherever you do it, make sure you are wearing LOTS of sunscreen. In mexico I was with girlfriends when I was single. After I got married we went to Spain to see my inlaws (they live there) and we went to the beach (without the inlaws) and I laid out topless. It’s common there and after the kiddies were a bit older (3 or 4 yrs old) they saw I was not topless, but other women were and they tried to take off my top. :)

The breasts just aren’t the same after 2 babies. But I would like to do it again, when I’m in the “best shape of my life” (one of my listed goals).

I went to college in a beach town and one time my best friend was visiting from Germany and she and I had the most brilliant idea to sunbathe topless down at the more secluded south end of my beach. So…we did. And at first it was fine, only the occasional surfer happened by on his way to the water…then one walked by and as I looked at the back of him I said to my friend “I think that’s J-Rock” (our buddy that we hung out with on a fairly regular basis….so I knew what he looked like) We talked it over and managed to persuade ourselves that it was just someone that favored him from behind (because we never saw the front of said surfer guy); that that guy was too tall to be J-Rock….well the next day we were in the dining hall and J-Rock pulls up a seat at the dinner table. He looked at us and said “So, been hanging out at the south end, huh?” We were mortified! and the worst part was we had to sit and finish eating dinner!!! So…it turned out for us to be not really worth it because he was never really interested in letting us live that one down :)

I sunbathe and swim topless in my pool all the time, sometimes alone, sometimes with my family or friends. My guy friends are funny the first few times they see me, but after that they don’t really care. Sometimes my girl friends go topless too, sometimes they don’t.

It’s not so much about tanning the nips, but about being comfortable with my naked body in a semi-public environment.
