This is going pretty well. I set myself the task of eating fruit for breakfast and salad for lunch four times a week and I have been doing it pretty regularly, thing is I sort of feel I have plateaued (is that a word). I hadn’t really heard about the raw food diet until I was immersed with it upon visiting a friend. The results even after a few days were feeling much better and not wanting many of the things I had previously enjoyed. Although I still eat a lot of cooked food, I use raw as a detox and something to feel good and make a point of eating raw whenever it is convenient. Living in the north poses quite a few problems with the raw diet as well as the winter limits the availability/affordability of produce and the items we get often lack quality. Gardening this year has allowed for much more raw food consumption however as I just can’t even think about cooking something as delicious as a garden tomato. 23 months ago
