I got google checkout added to my bonanzle booth RME is half way done just need to verify some info.I have started submitting my url to search engines.I have promoted my Bonanzle booth i other vintage forums and sites.
Wold have done more but my desktop crashed and is in the shop.I’ll keep doing what I can on the laptop.

I need to get it together,My Fiance and father of my 2 yr. old daughter past away April 4th of this year.My business way thriving a year and a half ago.He started having heart problems and of course my business took a back seat while we got him the help and care that he needed. He had open heart surgery to repair a valve and a double bypass the value repair didn’t take and he was implanted with a defibrillator.
His health was declining he had good days and bad days in and out of hospitals and unable to work,we moved in with his parents while we got back on our feet little did we know that just a few months later he would suffer a heart attack while going to the bathroom.
I’m left to raise our 2 yr. daughter and need to get back on my feet. It’s harder than you think,getting motivated and trying to stay focused while keeping it together and caring for our child has been difficult.
First thing I need to get done is Marketing my Bonanzle booth and my eBay store,promote my items and build my customer base once again.
I have come up with a to do list that I need to stick to!

1.Add RME and Google Checkout to Booth On Bonanzle.com
2.Finish fixing my Descriptions on Bonanzle for a uniformed look.
3. Make a Banner for my booth to Build my Brand
4.Learn how to effectively use twitter to draw in traffic
5.Update Myspace and FaceBook Pages to reflect my Booth and Store.
6.Feed listings to Oodle.com
7.List more items
8.Email campaign of all past eBay customers letting them know I’m back and inviting them to my Bonanzle booth offering them a discount if they buy from My Bonanzle booth rather than my eBay store.Fee’s are sooo much cheaper there than eBay!
9.Focus on Bonanzle booth bring in customers submit my booth url to different search engines.
10.Set up attributes for my Bonanzle booth items for a higher Google rank.
11.Advertise in Vintage forums and websites both of my shops to draw in customers.
12.Look at other possible selling venues like Etsy,eCrater,eBid, Buyitsellit and Auctiva Ecommerce the more exposure to my items and Brand the better chance of selling

Currently looking for the right people that are interested in growth more than a big paycheck right now. Looking for an e-commerce pro and someone experienced in managed services.

I’m stuck on advertising, print media being in flux like it is…

It’s going good so far. I already made arrangements about some key issues during this last few weeks. I must admit though, this whole thing is one big organizational nightmare. Thank God I’m good at it otherwise I would freak out and loose my mind, all at the same time.
That’s how it is, I guess, when you’re the owner AND the only employee.

(Sigh) I long for days when I can delegate. :)

The time has come to get this one on the road. The rest of my life has pretty much calmed down and it is not distracting me from what needs to be done in this area now. I feel happy about it, while before it just burdened me. I just have to keep reminding myself of the red tree. Grounding.

My brain is healthy and I am really trying to get things going…not sure what is going on…

Need to get my act together….

I want to help my husband more and become more involved. we also want (need)to hire a person or people, but finding the right person to hire has been a daunting task

August 1st (this Friday!) will mark my childcare agency’s One Year Anniversary!

To celebrate, I joined the Chamber of Commerce yesterday! This comes with free advertising in the local paper, among other spectacular things. (Tallahassee’s Chamber is pretty awesome.)

Tomorrow, on the eve of the anniversary, about a dozen of my sitters and I are going out to a wine bar. We’ve made reservations, and are going to have a night where WE’RE the ones going out instead of babysitting while others do!! :)

Just when we were finally having a good month….

No power with for three days…

Patients I can still adjust with no power….

That was a loss of about 4500 bucks….

Ugh….I feel that later for sure…
