I’m 16 and my height is 5’4.
I weigh 181 lbs and I know that isn’t my ideal weight.
I want to be healthy and sexy.
I want my clothes to fit me like a glove and
I want to look good in the pool.
My friend (that has a crush on me)
always tells me that I’m the perfect size,
but I know I’m not.
I went to my doctor for my normal check-up earlier this year
and she told me I needed to lose weight.
She told me I needed to be from a 120 lbs – 136 lbs
I knew I had to drop down in size sooner than later.
well now that was 5 months ago…
But now summer’s here and all my clothes are starting to pull
tighter on me (even my big t-shirts!!).
My Mom,sisters,and I have started exercising.
We do ten minute trainer and we walk 4 miles every morning.
Pray for me and wish me luck!!
I want to look good while I swim =P

hopefully by the end of this year i will lose it….i haven’t lost any wieght lately b/c it was summer break and i didn’t do any thing all summer… so i just lucky that i didn’t gain any wieght back ive lost about 20 lbs already. lets just say if i were a cat this would be me….
Today I joined Oprah and Bob’s Bestlife Challenge. I really like it so far. I can’t weigh myself for 4 weeks. Wish me luck!
I want to lose this much weight so that I am in the “normal” range on the BMI chart. I just want to be healthier.
So, after my glory days came to an abrupt end, I graduated high school, I fell in love, I quit my job, and started college I’ve gained about 40 lbs. For my height, the weight I was at was still not really great, but because I had been a dedicated athlete, most of the weight was muscle, and I’ve always had a big butt and thighs. But I felt great and I wasn’t self-conscious or anything.
But now, it’s been over 2 years since my injury and it’ll soon be 2 years since my surgery and I know it’s way past the time I should have done this.
This will require all kinds of work, diligency, support, sweat, tears, sore days, tired days, arguments, fights, and healthy eating. Oh my gosh, this is going to be terribly tough!
1. Eating veggies.
2. Eating fruits.
3. Drinking water.
4. Jogging.
5. Strenth training.
6. Sleeping 8 full hours or more.
7. Having a set schedule.
8. Taking vitamins.
9. Eating often, but small portions.
10.Talking to those around me about my problems.
11. And pushing forward to my goals.
Small goals to achieve my big goal:
1. Set my schedule.
I am determined to lose 55-60 lbs. My goal is to lose about 6-8 lbs a month. I Joined Curves about 2 1/2 wks ago and am just loving it! Weigh-in is Feb. 10, 2006. This day we check how much weight, inches and body fat was lost within the month.
