dream goal: go back to South Africa and also visit the Kruger National Park again

Until this goal becomes a reality I’ve been making do with the next best thing:

It’s a wecam in the Kruger Park, actually photo shots taken every 30 seconds. It’s a bit like being in the park for real – you can go a long time without seeing anything at all, but recently have had some great ‘sightings’ including elephants and buffalo.

I can’t wait for the chance to revisit the Kruger National Park – going there the first time has to be one of the most memorable things I’ve ever done. There is nothing like seeing giraffe in the wild, having a ‘braai’ at dusk, or waking up to see hippo and crocodile in the river edging your camp.
