I spent three hours in the car driving up from the city with my eldest son…... now 18. It was fun, we laughed and joked around. He is wonderful and sweet and spending that time with him made everything seem worthwhile and better. 4 years ago

I am on my way out the door for a run. I am feeling a little on the depressed side and although I am going to have to drag myself out the door, I will feel so much better for it. 4 years ago

I improved my mood by going for a workout and then taking Duke the big dog out for a long walk with a friend. The sun actually decided to come out today….. amazing. 4 years ago

...I just have to do it. Make one thing better each day. For example, there was a note in our choir concert that the accompanist played wrong up until last night. I happened to notice it (it was an F, but he was playing it as an A, as if it was in bass clef) and I mentioned it to him. He was really surprised that he hadn’t realized the right note, and he fixed it for the concert. Normally I wouldn’t have done that, but it felt pretty good, and he was very grateful.
So, join me! Make one thing better each day! 6 years ago
