I went for my scheduled workout with my personal trainer. This has made my day so much better….. I missed yesterday and can’t go on Thursday…....Exercise makes my day so much better…...

I spent three hours in the car driving up from the city with my eldest son…... now 18. It was fun, we laughed and joked around. He is wonderful and sweet and spending that time with him made everything seem worthwhile and better.

I am on my way out the door for a run. I am feeling a little on the depressed side and although I am going to have to drag myself out the door, I will feel so much better for it.

I improved my mood by going for a workout and then taking Duke the big dog out for a long walk with a friend. The sun actually decided to come out today….. amazing.
