I’ve been playing clarinet since I was 11. I took to it fast and I love it so much that I treat my clarinet as if it were an infant. Sad but true. I’m a music major now. Although my focus is on teaching music, I still play my clarinet a lot. I know it won’t be this way forever, though. After I graduate, clarinet will undoubtedly take a backseat. I only hope that I don’t give it up altogether. My mission is to join a band or else just set up practice time for myself every week so that I continue playing clarinet. I want to still be playing clarinet when I’m 60 or even older!!
