How to get more confidence
How I did it: I took the long road, depression. It is hard work. But for me, it's worth every calorie because now I don't feel like I'm being propelled forward constantly by some feeling I can't control.
Other people will have their own ways of finding their confidence. Don't change the core of who you are to find it.
Lessons & tips: Practice. Get a little angry, and push yourself to do things that would normally make you feel uncomfortable, or things that you've wanted to do, but didn't feel you had the confidence to before.
And then forgive yourself. Because you don't have to be confident all the time.
