yippee skippy! I walked on my treadmill tonight. I haven’t for so long. I’ve moved it to a great spot. I can look out the window and watch tv if I want while I walk. I only walked for 20 minutes,.... but I did it. will walk again tomorrow and increase my time. 6 years ago
