How I did it: I got a "normal job", exercised, and stopped smoking. It sounds less fun than it really is... but it has been worth it. I have found now that I am working and being more active during the day I am getting better sleep and more regular sleep. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Just slowly started sleeping earlier. I usually sleep after 2 (and wake after 1 or stay in bed all day, id either be sleep deprived, or over-rested, so i'v made a rule to be in bed before 1 and il just read or watch tv, but it gets me in the mood for sleeping. Now im in bed at 10.30 or 11 and fall asleep around 12! An average night for me is 12pm - 7am everyday even in the weekends i wont sleep until after 10.30 and earlier on the days i … Read how I did it…

Working in a bar i usually get to sleep between 1&3 weekdays & 4&6 weekends. Its pretty crazy, don’t feel great, don’t look great!
cocoalocks 'Cause I believe in silence... our hearts speak the same words <3
This just seems to be getting worse and worse! I have a whole bunch of new friends who also like staying up late, which has resulted in too many all-nighters, and even more occasions where we get 2-4 hours of sleep a night for a week. My bad :-/
didnt sleep at all last night. Bloody tests. Funny thing is i feel normal! time to change sleeping patterns!
im so tired in the morning going to school because i stay up to like 4 in the morning on school nights, dont get me started on weekends
i normaly sleep 3am to 3pm then go to work 5pm to 11pm
it doesnt really leave time for anything else :(
I’ve got so much better at this, so I’ll consider this goal done. I still go to bed late quite often, but I’m rarely still sleeping after 10 in the morning, and while that is late for some, it’s still morning rather than midday :)
i’ve been trying for about 10 years. my dad can’t do it either. but i’d like to at least find a way to manage it.
I’m not doing well on this goal right now. I’ve been working later in the day most days, not before 2 and I usually don’t get off until 10, so that kind of throws me off. I don’t do as well when I don’t have a reason I HAVE to get up.
I’ve also had a couple of really crazy sleeping days lately, including today. Friday night I ended up going to a party in Olympia with some friends and didn’t end up back home until past 4 am. My friend stayed the night and she didn’t wake up until past 2 pm so I didn’t really get up until then either. So then I couldn’t sleep at ALL on Saturday, worked a nine hour shift on Sunday and then slept in until past noon on Monday. Monday night I had to work an overnight shift (9-5:30 but we didn’t actually get off until 6) and although I tried to just stay up all day, that didn’t work out and I ended up sleeping from around 8 am until 3 pm today. Now it’s 1:30 am and I not sleepy at all.
I’ve got to make some radical changes, all the progress I made before has been lost.
