    I BOUGHT A STORE AROUND A YEAR AND A HALF AGO THE OWNER WAS IN DEBT AND WAS ABOUT TO LOSE EVERYTHING AND I BOUGHT OUT HIS INVENTORY AND RENEWED THE LEASE.
