My goal is to consistently do 3 days of cardio and 2 days of strength training MINIMUM every week.
I am sure to get this back on track yet, again. Making deal with hubby to help my lose 5 pounds goal too.
I went for 4 but I worked so hard I am so sore I just could not do it. I will be back on track once my vacation begins!
