I am friends with really tall people , so although they are not necessarily thinner then me they apear to be more lean because of their height.
I really want to lose a bit of weight so that i wont feel like the ‘fat’ one. One problem i cant stop thinking about food, i actually love food and i’ll eat it even when i’m not hungry :( i dont want to be fat when i’m older, but unless i stop eating i will be!

How to stop thinking about food
How I did it: Well I have a fear of driving, so I've been practicing driving while staying calm, and I've been so preoccupied with that, that I didn't even have time to think about food.
Then one of my other 43 things is to write a novel. I think it's so much fun. I write it in my spair time, and page after page comes out. I don't even think about food whenever I'm typing. The book that I'm reading has the same effect.
I've officially lost 5 pounds just eating when I have to, and not really thinking about it when I'm not hungry.
Lessons & tips: Keep yourself busy, preferably busy with something that you enjoy too much to stop.

I think about food all the time. I’m not overweight, but I’ve never been skinny like all my friends are. I don’t really care about my weight. All I know is, that I’m always trying to eat or get food when my friends aren’t. They’re never hungry. It doesn’t help that at home, I have a little brother that eats all the good things out of the refridgerator, so I have a tendency to try and eat them to get them for myself. Even if I’m not hungry. I just want my goal to be to focus less on food and be less obsessed with it.
I’ve found out, not eating for long periods of time, or not eating a lot, does NOT work. All you end up doing is thinking about food the whole time. I’m trying to model myself after my friends. Just 3 meals and a snack per day, each 4 hours apart. And I’ll eat whatever is available. Even if it’s icky.

i can never stop thinking about food. i remember when i was younger and i did the vegetarian thing. i lost so much weight, i think i will do that again, starting now! (please keep me motivated!!)
you should spend less time at home! when I’m not at home I can’t eat anything cause I’m broke , but at home I eat the whole fridge

DONT CHEW GUM!!! it tricks your stomach that you have something in there but your stomach is smarter and you actually get more hungry
okay everyone! i have a photoshoot i have agreed to do in THREE days i need to help ASAP . i know im not going to instantly shed the pounds but i NEED help to stop thinking of food and make my body feel thinner so i’ll be okay at this photoshoot! any tips or comments would be great
