"It was a fun and exhilarating experience to buy a sports car."
How I did it: I was browsing through sports cars and came across my Lamborghini Countach. What happened actually is, after I found it, I had decided it was too expensive for me. Then my brother sent me pictures of his brand new DeTamaso Pantera. I said no way is he gonna show me up lol. I bought the car, brought it home, and had a picture taken with "flipping the bird" and an evil grin. The caption said, "My Lambo eats your DeTamaso for breakfast!" Ah sibbling rivalry...gotta love it...hahaha.
I did enter it in a local car show and won 2nd place!

Lessons & tips: Do your research before purchasing. Make sure you can afford it as well. Take it for a test drive to see if it's right for you. You may love a certain type of car, but it may not feel right or handle the way you expect. Other than that, have fun with it! I sold mine about 4 years ago, but while I had it, it was a lot of fun...just watch out for the people with cameras. If you run into people who are relentless, find a safe place to pull over such as a grocery parking lot or the like. Definitely stay away from Wal-Mart parking lots lol.
Resources: researching the vehicles, blue book values, financing options, physically trying things out, inspection before buying, and much more.
