How to eat less sweets
How I did it: I went on Weight Watchers. It was something I was working at before... but I just stopped buying sweets and ate more fast food and chips, etc. etc. I feel better physically. Even though my Lyrica is making me gain weight. It is DEFINETLY worth it!

Since i’ve been back from the Dominican, I haven’t been craving food from home at all! Sweets are basically off my hit list, and i’m not buying them any more. Haven’t completely gotten rid of yearning, so goal isn’t done yet.

i always understand what is healthy, and what food is healthy, however, there is always “an evil” telling me to eat more chocolates which i love very much ever. sometimes, i only stopped taking in the chocolates when i feel full. u can imagine, when you feel full due to chocolates, that means i have already eaten a lot. i really want to get rid of this temptation. i wish i could forget about chocolates
I have been doing better at this lately. I do not eat sweets while at work but I have been at home. I have a friend who loves sweets and its hard when we get together. I also had frozen yogurt last night. I was working on having only one sweet a day which I have been doing but I’d like to cut back to one every other day or something.

I am still there with the same amount of sweets every day, maybe even more – a piece of cake, chocolate or ice cream or all together.
I have to substitute sweets with fruits. I have good fruits at home. They get delivered every Tuesday. Also they taste great, because they origin from organic agricultures.

I seriously need to start doing this again, I’ve been eating way too much sweets lately! :s
I’ve been at my mum’s for a month now and it’s starting to show. I think I’ve gained about 3 kilos of weight, it’s not good. :\
There’s always so many sweets around and I can’t stop eating them! When I feel even the tiniest bit hungry, I go into the kitchen and see what we have. Pretty much every time I choose something like chips, cookies, pastries and other sweets instead of real food. I definitely need to change this.
My mum needs to cut down on buying the sweets, I need to cut down on eating them. I think I also need to start some form of exercise to get rid of these extra kilograms.
I bought these delicious liquorice candies (♥) last weekend and I’ve decided that I will only eat one of them a day. That way they should last for a month. I’ve been doing quite good with this plan.
For a month of “sweet restriction” and a bit of swimming – 3kg less!
