i want to wake up at 500 am 4 mornings out of 7 and exercise before work. i want to do this at lease until i fit into my skinny jeans once again.
How to exercise 4 days a week
How I did it: I started off slowly but go to the gym everyday. I did a half and hour of cardio in some form and then light weights. I just kept moving the time of cardio up and the lifting heavier weights.
Lessons & tips: Just use common sense... don't push your body too hard because if you hurt yourself you can't do anything! And talk to your doctor!
Resources: I joined two gyms so I never have an excuse not to go!

I’ve actually been doing this the past couple of weeks (I really didn’t think I would meet this goal when I made it!). I also have found that I want to exercise after I leave the office, so I feel like that’s a major accomplishment since I used to completely dread it.
I’ve been trying to go to the gym or take a walk 3 days during the week and then workout at least one day on the weekend. I’m probably truly at 3 days per week now but I’m getting there!
well since i wrote this as a goal i have been exercising in various forms at least 3-4 times a week. the last 2 weeks i’ve had 2 different illnesses and so the last two weeks i’ve just exercised 3 times each week. i’d like to do this for 6 weeks in a row before i consider this completed. hopefully it will enforce a lifestyle change and exercise won’t be a chore, rather something i will actually do and enjoy while i do it. :)

So I’ll finish off with hot yoga at least three times this week, and once I’m back at school I can sign up for classes or just use the gym.
So I didn’t really put on the Freshman Fifteen – it was really only five or so, but I’m short and it shows! More than that, I saw my cellulite in the mirror today and got super grossed out, and so for next semester I will go to the gym four days a week, and when I’m at home, go to yoga or pilates or ride my bike four days a week.
for the first time in a week. But I suppose it’s better than nothing!
I’ve heard that it takes six weeks for the body to adjust and benefit from a new exercise routine. Here’s day one.
I need to start exercising. I know it works to lose weight, and feel more energized. I just need to get back up and start learning how to move again. I need motivation.
