Let’s try this method to track my exercise:
1)bounced the 2 year old on my feet when sitting in a chair, he likes this and it burns my legs, I can change where it burns depending on how I’m sitting
2)

I am not really an exercise kind of person. Frankly, I hate it! The kind of exercise I do enjoy is fun outdoor activities such as walking, climbing or hiking. But it is so bitter cold outside right now and I am going to have to find another way to get my body moving.
All of my muscle is gone from being starved and bed ridden for 9 months straight. I am literally starting from scratch, or possibly – scratch. I have to start getting my body moving again, I have to start slowly rehabilitating myself.
For the days where it’s too cold to go out I think I’ll try to stay in and do some yoga. If I could just do some light excercise four times a week I will be making progress. I have to get my strength back, my life back. 4 months ago
