i weigh about 150 if i lose 35 lbs i’ll weigh 115 wich is good! to do this i’ll have to start eating healthy and exercise . i want to do yoga but am not sure it’ll work… i’ll try it anyway. wish me luck!!
I almost weigh the same as I did when I was 9 months pregnant l…ouch….Fat must go
Well… Lately I’ve been floating inbetween 25-30 lbs left. i got down to 160lbs but then gained a lot back over the holidays. But i’ve started going to Lifetime again and back down to about 163.
I’m also eating breakfast every morning for the first time in my entire life! And that will help my metabolism…
3 of my friends and I have a bet to see who can look the best in a swimsuit by June 1st. 60 bucks to the winner so that will help with motivation. lol
I’ve been working out at least twice a week since Spet 7th. And… i haven’t really lost any weight. but… i KNOW i’ve gained muscle. I can actually see my biceps when i flex! haha
And my new jeans are really loose and stuff. So this weekend is the homecoming dance, and i actually still fit into my dress that i bought right after i got home from the france trip this june when i weighed like… 10 pounds less.
so… at the moment, muscle is equally wieght loss.
i also did the “body age” test. where they measure… well… everything. And i guess i have 60 pounds of body fat. so if 30 is lost, and another 30 is turned into muscle i’ll be right on.
but… i’ve oddly gotten to the point where gasp i WANT to work out!!! and i thought i HATED gyms!!
so… happy post today.
The facilities are extravagant (they better be for 60 bucks a month!!!) and my friend and I worked out last night for about 2 hours. He’s taken it upon himself to be my personal trainer, so… I know I’m going to be working hard!!!
Also with working out there, I don’t want to eat badly or drink pop cuz it feels like it would be cancelling out all the hard work, so I’m even eating well. Plus excersize… I’m bound to lose this weight or at least get better toned. (No flab! yay!)
another 5 pounds heavier and i am going to buy a pass the the glamorous and overpriced fitness center near me, along with my friend who wanted someone to work out with.
hopefully i’ll actually excersize now.
But I keep just sitting at this weight…. I’ve tried weight lifting, and i think since mabe I’m actually gaining a little bit of muscle that its cancelling out the fat i’m losing.

So over the years of my life, I have never been happy with my weight. I wasn’t over weight, or anything. I just never was petite, or small. I was built and honestly big boned, like my mother. I have all the right curves and looks (i think) haha a little vain here, sorry. But I know I’ve gain weight and I lost muscle. I tried the South Beach Diet which made me lose 18lbs, but when I got of the diet, I gained 25lbs!!! Now I’m really kicking myself for not being happy with the weight I was. I need to work out a plan to lose the weight I gain, and the weight I wanted to lose in the first place.
