Sorta like that Subway guy who ate nothing but Subway sandwiches and lost 4000 lbs or something like that. No wonder: if you eat the same thing every day you start to feel like you’re gonna hurl after a few weeks, then you don’t eat at all. What a diet!
Anyway, I discovered that it’s not really my calorie intake that is the problem. I just need to work out more, well… some more than nothing.
