Talk to a ghost

hey i can only talk to ghost at night when im relexed in and in my bed so i have relized that you have to be relexed when trying to talk or see ghost but how do i see them in the day time in not just in my room at night i can hear them and sumtimes they talk back but not all the time i think i was born whit this gift im not sure but if i was i want to get better at it so if anyone has any tips or quest plz tell and ask

ever since my grandfather passed away almost 11 years ago i have felt his presence. we were always so close. he was the only grandparent i ever knew or ever had. if he is still around i would like to talk to him. does anyone have any ideas? i would appreciate the help because i never got to say goodbye to him and this could be my chance.

Hello. My name is Shania. Ever sense i can remeber I have been able to talk to ghost. Not all are bad but some were abuseve. I have scares and bruses from them but that is all that I feel like that I can share.

well… i always see thing in my corner of my eye but…i want to talk to them as well…how can i do that??
