Breakfast’s been on and off for the past few months and weeks. I’m definately getting progress. I’ll consider this done.

Well, I finally ate breakfast for the first time in a while today. It wasn’t much but it was a start.
Well I actually had breakfast this morning, so I guess I am making progress on this goal. I had a ham/cheese/bacon omelette, some toast, and some cinnamon muffins. good shit!
This is a lot harder than I thought. Nothing tastes good in the morning. It is a habit not to eat in the morning, because I haven’t done it for about 5 or more years. I guess I just have to find something that is quick and easy but also tastes good. Any suggestions? (not really a cereal person btw)
first off i have to find something that i will make me want to eat in the morning. i never have an appetite when i first get up.
I had some Banana Nut Crunch cereal today. Usually I’m starving by 10am. I might make it ‘till 11:00 before I start combing the office for a snack, heh.
Tomorrow my goal is to have enough time for eggs.
I’ve waken up fairly late this past week and have only had about 30 minutes to actually prepare to get to school.
This leaves very little time to eat anything…
At one point, I even tried drinking tea. All I got was a few sips and the drink went to a waste…
Perhaps I should try going to sleep earlier to wake up sooner?

Looks like I am eating breakfast but just not enough. In other words, I’m treating it as a “snack”.
If only I could somehow work around getting up earlier…?
I’d have time to shave EVERYDAY and eat a wholesome breakfast… It sure as hell would be refreshing – that itself is worth it.
But, I just don’t get enough sleep these days… And I really do need every last minute I can get!
Tommorrow’s the perfect opportunity to start a series of breakfasts… lol? As in, eating breakfast every day!
It’s supposed to be the “most important meal of the day” yet I treat it as a snack, having merely a bowl of cereal and nothing else for it.
I think that waking up earlier could possibly improve the chances of having a breakfast, but that’s another venture on its own..
Get back to eating a bacon (turkey), egg (whites), and cheese (low fat) sandwich every morning. I could sprint a mile on this fuel.
