How to use my powers for good, not evil
How I did it: being ultra-conscious of my own feelings, actions, and thoughts allows me to arrive at some kind of 'gut feeling' about whether i am about to do the wrong thing, or not. it's tough to know whether you're doing the right thing, or not, sometimes.there comes a time when you just need to act, hoping that you're doing the right thing, or that somehow some good will come out of it and that it will be more good than bad. thinking is the key.
how can you do good instead of evil if you don't think about the consequences of your actions and thoughts and feelings before you act on them?
we are all influenced by our environments -- the society we live in, the families that we are or are not raised by, the institutions in our lives, the rituals we embed into our lives, the beliefs we take as our own, the lifestyles we form out of all these parts. these factors and many more just like them color our perception and help us create our own unique reality.
when we act on that reality is when it is important for us to be conscious of what we are doing and how it affects other people and the future of life itself.
haven't all the great minds of human history already covered this and far better than i ever could?
good, because i'm tired and can't think about this anymore :)
Lessons & tips: be conscious. be aware. be consciously aware. step out of your little box. take your blinders off. get out of your comfort zone. go to a foreign country and live there for a while. see what it's like.
Resources: beer.
just kidding.
but beer is good, though.

I don’t know wich side I am in writing. Evil writing would be for money, and for good would be heading for pure litteracy. Even if I’m not heading for the Goncourt Award, I don’t think I’m on the wrong side.
docrivs what's up, my 43 things friends?
How interesting… I was just writing about the consequences of action, using the more common use adage that ‘it all comes back to you in the end’.I was writing about my friend,
Ryan’s, project, Aimless, and I was thinking about all of the times when it seemed the good guys lose and the bad guys win. However, that kind of a statement is too simplistic to reflect reality. I am still a firm believer that every little thing you do comes back to you.thisisdocrivs docrivs.com docrivs on del.icio.us thisisdocrivs on del.icio.us
