I want to start a coffee shop because I am in love with coffee and would love to spend my life selling a great cup of coffee to people around the area I live in. I want to keep it small and local, but with a very loyal customer base. Possibly an all-organic coffee shop. None of those disgusting pastries or junk food. I would probably stock some Green and Black’s chocolate. I would also sell tea in there from my favorite brand, Republic of Tea. I would probably sell a ton of chocolate actually. Super-dark chocolate from all my favorite brands, like Lindt and Ghirardelli. It would be trendy, but not like a fucking Starbucks. I can’t stand that place because they sell all these unhealthy, terrible drinks that are just so bad for you. I would not sell any of those frozen drinks, but I would sell iced drinks. I would encourage people to bring their own cups in to help the environment. I would call the store Just Coffee, Tea, and Chocolate…
It would be a real change from the chain coffee shops and would probably see a good deal of business from conscious consumers. Oh, and there are three sizes: Small, Medium, and Large. None of this Italian crap like Venti and Grande. I may serve bagels there as well because who doesn’t love a good bagel?
