Diets are wayyy tough. I want to stay on my diet for exactly 12 weeks, which is just enough time for me to weigh 185 lbs, and then I’ll transition to something else – probably a bodybuilder diet. This is my diet broken down:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:

- Protein shake
- Grilled chicken breast sandwich
- Grilled chicken breast sandwich
- Protein shake
(1 gallon of water a day)

Tuesday and Thursday

- Protein shake
- Salad w/ fat-free dressing
- Salad w/ fat-free dressing
- Protein shake
(1 gallon of water)

Saturday and Sunday

-2 apples and an orange for all 4 meals

AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHH I hate, hate, hate dieting.I hired a personal trainer 2 months ago,I lost 20 lbs. but I think he was the devil really. My diet was chicken,fish and green veggies only. Crystal light or water, thats it. Try 500 squats, 100 push ups and 1 hour of cardio and weights. 3x a week.I haven’t seen him since Christmas(figures) What is the benefit besides the obvious health factors of dieting. It always feel like saddistic torture. Why does the media say you have to be thin? I always see fat girls cracking up having a great time, they are happy!! 5 years ago
