Diets are wayyy tough. I want to stay on my diet for exactly 12 weeks, which is just enough time for me to weigh 185 lbs, and then I’ll transition to something else – probably a bodybuilder diet. This is my diet broken down:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:
- Protein shake
- Grilled chicken breast sandwich
- Grilled chicken breast sandwich
- Protein shake
(1 gallon of water a day)
Tuesday and Thursday
- Protein shake
- Salad w/ fat-free dressing
- Salad w/ fat-free dressing
- Protein shake
(1 gallon of water)
Saturday and Sunday
-2 apples and an orange for all 4 meals
