Mind if I just straight-up brag for a second?
I’m going to brag for a second.
For the past month, EVERY SINGLE DAY, I have gotten my personal and work email inboxes to zero, nada, zilch at least once a day.
This has never happened before. It may never happen again.

...and am adding its most important components to this goal.
The current list:
- Shower and get dressed as soon as I get up
- Move for 15 minutes a day
- Improve my Spanish
- Drink <= 1 cup of coffee a day
- Lights out and TV off by midnight
- Process my inboxes daily
- Have daily routines
- Do weekly reviews
- Schedule daily goals that I can accomplish, with the most important tasks first
- Record 5 things I’m grateful for every day
- Record my weight every day
- Drink enough water
- Check my RSS feeds and favorite websites only twice a day 1 month ago

Habits I’m pretty good about:
- Shower and get dressed as soon as I get up

- Drink <= 1 cup of coffee a day (OK, 2 cups!)
- Lights out and TV off by midnight
- Be more visible at work
- Check my voicemail regularly
Habits that I’m struggling with but still care about:
- Record my weight every day (Wii Fit!)
- Drink enough water
- Schedule daily goals that I can accomplish
- Record 5 things I’m grateful for every day
- Check my RSS feeds and favorite websites only twice a day
- Set clear daily and weekly research goals 1 month ago

How I did it: I got out , ate less ... what ever good habits i had i wanted to maintain.... It doesn;t mean you have to give up anything permanently.... i made a decision to do more things ... I could still use improvement but so can everyone Read how I did it… 11 months ago

I don’t know if I’ll keep it up forever but hopefully I will long enough so my dentist is happier next time I see him. Walking has started to increase. Just can’t do when it’s gets in the 80s. 12 months ago

I’ll be able to start walking regularly, it looks like it going to be in the 60’s. I really don’t feel like walking in the rain. I only got 1 drink on my bday so i certainly didn’t get drunk. Afterwards i just had water. I have been reading more the past few week. Maybe i’ll be able to do 5 in a month. I’ll probably buy the bus pass for May. 13 months ago

I’m going to try and cut my TV watching to under 25 hours a week. While that may still seem alot considering i use to watch around double it’s good . More time to do my happy dance and Rawwwrrr:) beside soon it will be warm enough to get out more. 15 months ago

the diet isn’t going great but i am definitely doing it. No sweets in over 3 weeks. Have to work cutting back online and finding nre places to socialize with people my age. I don’t plan on drinking til the weight comes off or my birthday whichever comes 1st:) 16 months ago

Hopefully i’ll be able to start earlier this year since it hasn’t gotten as cold. Also i will earlier in the day so i don’t get dehydrated . Maybe even 2x some days. Morning and afternoon. 16 months ago
