I started a week ago and so far so good. Every other day I do some kind of cardio(like walking/running my neighborhood) and then some weight lifting. I’m trying to not over do it, I want to find a routine I can stick to and not get tired of. I hope I can keep this up, I feel a lot better about myself when I exercise.

I have this great membership and I have not been to the gym in months. I went back to school for a class this past fall and it made it so I was just too busy to exercise with all of the homework and the extra reading. I am wasting money by not going. If I am truly going to be in the best shape of my life by the end of the year, I better get my ass in gear.
I want to feel better about myself so I have decided to try and workout more. The problem is finding the time =/ I Go to high school everyday, tutor kindergarten on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:15-3:00pm, and I also work an average of four days a week(always seven hour shifts). It’s hard to find the motivation to exercise when all I really want to do is sleep lol. But I’m trying to make it work. Even if that means jogging at nine pm while my neighbors point and scoff from their living room windows.
