I never took any kind of dance lessons and I decided that I have to do it now.
I am 54 1/2 years old , so I think I maybe running out of time.
I’m loosing my posture, like rapidly, I’m constantly thinking about it, mainly because of the constant pain on my shoulders, so when I realize that I’m crunching my shoulders, I breath deeply and straighten my shoulders and my back, but I don’t know how and how fast I crunch again, and then again breath deeply and so on.
Thougth about taking yoga or pilates, but I might as well do something vibrant and something that I always wanted to do:dance flamenco, so I have to find a place or someone to teach me flamenco.
Since last summer I don’t go for a run, the brisky walks at lunch time are not enough. Flamenco will do it.
I wonder if it as easy as it looks. The flamenco dancers stand up tall with chest out, arms up, it would be good streching.
This is my first entry. What do you think? I didn’t even read any others, I just open an account and started to type. I hope I come back.
