I ♥love♥ tea in every flavor and at any time!
I used to drink every cup of tea with about 3-4 tablespoons of sugar in it. In my opinion that’s way too much, and it’s not really good, neither for my body, my physical health nor my teeth obviously.
Until now I’ve cut the sugar down to 2 tbsp per cup. The tea tastes as well as having 4 tbsp in it, and I found out that I don’t really need more sugar or even miss it!
My goal is to try to cut the sugar down to only 1 tbsp per cup!
It was kinda icky at first but now I’m used to it,but I want to cut out the sugar altogether. I’m going to try honey and see how that works. I have a little farm down the street who sells fresh honey,I’m going to stop and get some.
