Getting back to shape 6 months ago

I was doing well over 100 sit-ups a day in the Army. What I only recently found out though is that sit-ups are bad for the neck.

I know several ways to preform crunches and I do them while driving, watching tv, or most other things.

The key is to contract the muscles and breath out all my air for a period of 3 seconds.

Right now I have a keg, not a six-pack showing. My goal is with good exercise and nutrition, to find and display that six-pack.

Zero yesterday, i did 27 so for this morning, i might try to do some more in a lil bit so that i have less to do tonight, hmmm, im going to go 2 dicks after work today and see how much a exercise ball is and i need some dumbbells are or i mite just go to walmart, actually walmart sounds better and cheaper but i need to get some new workout shorts so im going to dicks for that basically, k laterz

did that 120 yesterday, did 192 today ( did the britney spears ab workout, basically shows you on the Ellen show one, its part 1 on youtube if you find it) i might take tomorrow off because i work a split shift, but i mite have the BF kick my butt and make me do it, ill let you know

just did 100 crunches (well about 65 crunches and then couple different ab workouts for the rest of it)

I seriously dont even want to munch now



Starting Out:) 14 months ago

Okay im 14 and its The beginning of fall. In July i did 100 everyday and lost alot of weight but than gave up. Now im going to try again and today is my first day. Im going to do 50 now, and 50 later on tonight.

Going to start slow 14 months ago

I like the straight-forward ones, where I can definitely succeed. This is one of those. I’ll probably start with 25 or so, then work my way up to 75 or so in a couple weeks. Good luck to everyone that’s doing this =)



I love crunches~ 2 years ago

I did them this morning, let’s see how I do the rest of the week. I used to do hundreds in high school because they were the easiest thing for me out of the choices I had to do. I loved having a hard stomach. I think this is a doable goal. I will update weekly.



I quit. 2 years ago

I don’t think this is for me, because:
a) i don’t have the dedication to see this thru which makes me think that…
b) i don’t really want to do it that much.
c) i’ve started going to the gym regularly and so i’d rather focus on sticking with that instead.
