I always have such a hard time to get into a regular excercize routine if it is interrupted for several weeks due to travel or some other reason.
But I will try to get back into it this week.

This is the one thing I’ve been fairly consistent about. Although I wish I was a bit more aggressive about it. I walk at least 3 times a week, sometimes 5. I’ve been swimming twice in the past 2 weeks (need to work on my upper body strength!) and have been running here and there. It could be a lot better… but it could also be a lot worse.

I need to exercise. I found out I have osteopenia. I need to exercise a lot to keep from getting osteoporosis. WHY is that still not a good enough reason for me? AHHH!! I have the worst willpower. I have been walking a little bit more…but I need to seriously do it AT LEAST 3 times a week…really 5 times. :D

I’m holding strong on the walking. Not many times running, but hey, at least the cardio is getting a little stronger.

Well, I’ve been walking three times a week, so I hope that counts. I’ve also done about 20 minutes of crunchers and related exercises twice in the past week. Not as good as I’m hoping for, but I’ve got to start somewhere.

It’s easy during the summer, but I want to make sure this ends up being a YEAR ROUND thing. Even if it is only doing crunchers for 15 minutes. I don’t want to fall back into the habit of NEVER working out, or letting MONTHS go by without even trying. Whether it is running, going for long walks, riding my mt. bike, or just doing a few crunchers, I want to work out at LEAST 3 times per week.

I have been going for a walk at least thrice a week for the past 2 weeks. And I always walk around in the university campus as much as around 3-6 blocks every day. i hope that counts. I realiZed I can now run short distances. It’s something that i have not been able to do before.I want to keep doing for a while before I can say that i actually did it.
