    Grant interview 8 months ago

    Wow. I am so excited. One major step closer to this goal. I have been called to interview for this grant. My interview is today and in a week or so I should know if I am going to Peru or not. Wish me luck! In one hour I will be walking through the doors to a panel interview of 12 or so people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I applied for a grant to cover the cost to go and as I try to reach another goal (give up drinking so much soda) I have decided to put aside the money I would spend on soda to save for a trip to Peru.

    I want to go here because every picture I see of Machu Picchu is so beautiful. The Incans were an interesting people I’d like to know more about. Not only that but while there I can explore Peru and see Lake Titicaca
