They came to Denver 9/19 and I missed it. My ex boyfriend sold my ticket, so when I decided to spite him and buy my own and go anyway, I was faced with the fact that it was a 21+ show. I just turned 20. AND I was sick on the day of the show anyway! I’m rather irked about the whole thing. Couldn’t there have been one way for me to go instead of all of the possibilities crumbling before me? Next time…

Today was the day when I was going to see Sonata live, but I didn’t. I missed it because I had to wait for my friend and I’m not very happy about it. I heard about half of the set, though, so I didn’t completely miss it, but of course I would have wanted to be there in the front row jumping and screaming. Oh well, I gotta try to catch them some other time.
I will skip the gig in April, but I will go see them in June instead. Sonata will be playing in the Sauna Open Air heavy metal festival in Tampere on the 9th of June. The reason for this is that my best friend cannot come to the April gig but he would like to come to the Sauna festival. And there are some other interesting bands in Sauna as well (Sabaton, Leverage, Heaven and Hell, ...)
I checked their tourdates online … and they’re coming nowhere near me until 2008 most likely. Well, I guess I’ll be off on a roadtrip this summer to California! Maybe Marko will even laugh at me again for getting tossed up into the air about 3 meters haha.
Sonata will be playing in Tampere on April 29th! I reserved a couple of tickets already, because I absolutely need to see them live. My best friend is in the army but I hope he can come to the gig, too.
February of ‘06 at Studio 7, Seattle, I almost passed out singing to “The Cage”, and “Blank File” ... Best night of my life
I want to see Henrik playing the synthesizer solo of “Don’t Say A Word” live. That solo (and the whole song) kicks some serious ass!
