move to washington d.c.

DC is full of beautiful trees and smart, if not wonky people.

I’m in Rockville for now, but I’ll be in the city proper as soon as credit checks are complete and security deposits are paid. Being out of Baltimore is all that really matters.

Wherever you want to move, wherever you want to go, Go! There’s no time like the present! I moved here- well, I live in Baltimore, but it’s only an hour away- back in 2003, and I love it, It’s a great city…

yet, it has been a good experience i think. tired b/c i’m tired of school. but i still really enjoy hanging out in dupont circle.

I lived in DC for 6 years and loved it. I would love to go back. I highly recommend it.

I’ve lived in DC a few times—I love it! A city but a small town at the same time.

I lived in Chevy Chase my freshmen yr. of highschool and went to Georgetown Visitation. So fun, everything they say about Catholic girls is true.

About a year and a half ago I lived with a boyfriend at M and Thomas Jefferson- What a GREAT area, right in the heart of Georgetown. Definitely had some adventures there. Literally a bar every corner. And I spent a small fortune at Citronelle. Too bad the boyfriend turned out to be crazy, he had an amazing place!

I also spent some time around New Hampshire and N, Dupont is my favorite neighborhood in DC hands down. The gay scene is great and lots of neat little restaurants and bars.

And then a few months ago I was crashing with a friend of mine around Calvert and Wisconsin, another great area.

I do LOVE DC- I’d say I visit at least once every 2 months, I feel so at home there. I’d definitely love to help anyone with this goal!

I’ve lived in, moved in and out of DC all my life. If you need an advice on cool places to hang out, cool restaurants, Metro directions, etc., just let me know!
