find a better job

I wanted to send out resumes tonight and I’m still working on it.

I nearly quit today without a job. That’s how much I hate it where I am.

The house purchase is absolutely out of the question until I get this settled.

I’d almost rather go work anywhere (as long as my bills are covered) before spending another day in this horrible place.

I also think I’m likely to be fired by the end of the month.

Resumes. Plural.

One for each type of job I’m going after.

I’ve neglected this because I’ve been focused on the goal of getting out of debt and the job pays pretty well. However, I’m out of debt and I hate this job so much I want to kill someone.

I think about quitting nearly every day.

By the time I come home, I’m so exhausted from hating my job that I don’t put together a resume and apply for anything better.

I go back to work and hate my job – this repeats.

This is no way to live!

I put up with the job to get out of debt. That was a good thing. But, I want to enjoy my life and I can’t because my job is making me miserable.

I can’t work on my business full time because I need money.

So, here we are.

I turned down a lower paying job today and I don’t regret it. It’s probably as bad as the job I have now – only lower paying. If I’m going to hate my job – I should at least make more money.

However, the goal is to have a job I like – and make more money than I make now. That would be pretty sweet.

Here in a couple weeks, I’ll have a much better job. I’m excited :)

This doesn’t mean I don’t want to start a business.

I just have to “bootstrap” the business while I have a job.

—and I despise my current job.

I finally just bit the bullet and went back to school to get my degree.

I am going to school for nursing but the waiting list is almost 2 years long…I plan on getting more certifications and what-not while I am waiting but I would like to get a job related to my career choice. So far I am a certified nursing assistant but no one seems to want to hire me because I have no experience in that field. Right now I just work a mim wage retail job that gets me nowhere to the goal I want to achieve. It is completely frustrating!

I have a friend who works at a pizza place and has just become a supervisor. Somehow, I ended up with a job, and I could not be happier.

I’ve been unemployed for about two months… living with my mom again is livin’ the easy life. I need to get moving though; time for a job again. Tomorrow I’m going to print off copies of my resume and start hunting.

I’m selling my stock back to my job and quitting to pay for my college so I can finish in a year. I’ve taken so long to finish college , my 10 year reunion is this summer, b/c I didn’t do well and my parents made me pay for way through community college. This cuased me stress plus I have serious math leanring disability that holds me back. I have one year of school left and I want to walk the line with my diploma in hand.

I know I’m taking a great chance but this is worth it. I’m looking for an intership at a local tv station January of next year.
