but then I got really busy, and I gave it away as I was whittling my possessions back down to two suitcases to move back to the states. The part that I read was amazing. I need to find this at a library.
You owe it to yourself to read Zinn’s best work! They don’t teach you this stuff in school, that’s for sure.

and decided to give it another shot. It’s dense reading, but interesting. I’m hoping to get past the native American section this time… last time, I got a little bogged down and gave up too easily.
I love this book. The only problems result when it gets slightly wordy, but I can deal with that. Love it, can’t wait to get through it.
Oh sure, Zinn is boring. Sure, he’s slightly fanatic about the labor movement. But you haven’t really lived until you’ve read A People’s History.
