i want to do bodybuilding.
i went to the gym couple of years back and did weights and i got a little big, i mean i know i got the genetics for it.
however now i have a bit of a gut but thats all thats wrong really. i want to go into compertition in october so really i have under ten months. i need to learn some better fat burning cardio programmes and some weight training programmes.

i did my normal lifting regiment tday with equal cardio it felt good to be back after taking 4 days of being sick but my body still has that recovery cough so running hurt like hell but lifting was good if not acceptional because of the 4 day rest!
well i have been lifting for about a year now and include this with my major cardio. the problem is they dont mix well. if i want to run a marathon i can’t be bulky it will slow me down but maybe after i achieve my marathon goals or get board with it i will then try to get bigger cause it sure as hell looks better than looking like a twig.
