Sometimes I feel too tired to do anything, but I usually just force myself to do it anyway and I feel better with myself for it. I enjoy it a lot more when there’s someone to share my culinary creations with, of course. 6 years ago

I have subscribed to “Cooking Light” magazine as well as “Vegatarian Times”. I like to cook…I have only eaten fast food once since I’ve lived here…The other 23 nights…I have cooked.
Right now I am cooking a pot of Green Chile…Lean meat, black beans, diced tomatoes, unreal amouts of Anahiem and Hot Peppers and a can of “Rotel” extra hot tomatoes…mmmmmm…
And some brown rice with thinly sliced steak marinated with olive oil salt and pepper and cooked along with some stir fry vegatables…a little Braggs sauce…and mmmmmm…
Leftovers are good…this should be enough for days…but I’m having my Daughter and her beau over later… 6 years ago
