Okay, so my new 2006 resolution is to get my perfect body. So at least when Im old and grey I can say that I did it. At 5ft 7’’ celebrities and models that share my height are between 106 and 125 lbs. I choose as my goal 120 lbs, which currently is a 10lb weight loss. My plan is to exercise aerobically every morning, and gaduate to running every morning, combining fat-loss amino acids with a high protein diet. My dinner calories will be free – up to 600 calories, any other intake will be exercised off. After the first 7 lbs loss I will add a session of Lex Mill’s Bodypump every other day for at least 6 weeks to become lean. I am guessing best case scenario my goal will take 9 weeks. at worst case it will take 3 months. I am planning to start mid-feb to the beginning of March, and will update this site with the experiences!
