Am not sure what you’re going through, but it seems quite a challenge for you. As difficult as it may be, it will be a growing and learning experience. I hope you are able to gain much from it.

Like you, I am going through a difficult time. And have grown tremendously from it. I’m still struggling; struggling hard, but it’s worth it. I continue to learn so much from this experience. One lesson: I must take time out for myself and be good to myself. Easier said than done. Some of us enjoy being caregivers, but when it starts effecting what was once quite mindless and simple, it becomes clear one must take time out.

Not sure I’m saying this all for you, fore I don’t know what you’re going through.

It does help getting it out.
