I’ve handed over (a long, long time ago, actually), so atleast wrt to the ‘working on’ I can put things behind me (you can see what it looks like now, six months or so after handover, over here [http://sps.nus.edu.sg/]). There’s still a lot of administeropolitical stuff left, though. 6 years ago

Because of exams/lab/a million distractions, but:
- I still persist! Coding of the long-awaited ‘fireplaze’ began on Saturday, and with any luck will continue tomorrow or day after night.
- Even if I do become a good boy and don’t touch it until after the exams, I’ve got atleast month to finish things up. That should be fun, at the very least. 7 years ago

It needs a few more hours of work, and then I’ll consider it “deployed” (a day late, but oh..kay…). Then begins the cool stuff – putting up exciting stuff, coming up with a cool campaign to recruit the next webad, and so on and so forth. I love this! I want to make websites for the rest of my life!

It’s still all in bits and pieces, but atleast it’s up. I’m not going to put up the URL here, so’s people don’t think I’m spamming, but I am proud of how it looks – and shocked and awed that it’s only going to take me minor changes to get something which is XHTML/1.0 Strict compliant!
does a little dance
Of course, the really kick-ass stuff only comes up later this week – users, profile pages, that sort of thing – but I’m really happy with what I’ve got, and I’m really motivated to push ahead until I can knock off the “create a fantastic website” goal off my list as well … yay me! :D 7 years ago
