Give poor people canned food they would actually like.

While traveling, you can see how many people are really poor. Take for example Cuba with maximum salary $20, take China, were people are forced to work at 3-4 works, because of the huge number of population and so,law salaries as well,next Moldova, Africa, some parts of USA, etc. Mumpers are all over the world.
What I wanted to say,is that no one can help to everyone, but you if helping those next to you, it is a half of the story yet.
I completely agree that if those who can, help just to one, or just to those in their town, it would be less beggars in the world.
