Paper speeding up destiny
that I could start full steam ahead on this and I’ve just subscribed to Artist Newsletter which is a fantastic online resource and publication for all things art related.
Paper speeding up destiny
I know I can save so much more by subscribing, god I’m lazy. So far I have subscriptions to 2 (1 of which I don’t even read – Marie Claire, I subscribed when I was a fashion and textiles student and refused to buy into the whole Vogue/Frieze/Dazed and Confused load of trollop) The other one is Mslexia the magazine worlds gift to womens writing, it’s bloody brilliant, oh and I had no choice, it’s subscription only.
So hot on my list is:AN (Artists Newsletter.. at a fiver a go it’s just silly not to)Embroidery ( not an old womens craft magazine full of cross stitch tank tops but the only mag dedicated to textile art in the whole wide world…well my world that is)Elle Decoration to inspire my declutter goal, and to steal ideas for my home and make cheaper versionsZest My new favourite mag, so many facts about health and the human body it’s facsinating
Heat Magazine shhhh I need my trashy celebrity fix okay? OKAY!??
I found that going directly to the website of the magazine itself gives you the best package price. Amazon.com and other magazine vendors try to package deals together for you, but then you find out you are likely paying way more than if you go directly to the source. I really like that many magazines are offering a free trial issue with the “bill me later” feature. So, I went a little overboard, but I dont think I will like all of my subscriptions and will have to weed through the ones worth keeping. The next couple of months should be fun!!!!
