Although QS is a bit unstable (crashes about 4-5 times a week on me), I can’t imagine being without it.
This application makes me feel like a ninja… Some kind of a crazy android hybrid ninja who has mastered the use of his computer.
Since the release of OS X Tiger, I’d been using Spotlight as an application launcher. No longer.
Forget filling up your dock with random stuff, don’t worry about having to search through your Applications folder. Just type! Unfortunately, I find that on a MacIntel, Quicksilver seems to randomly crash fairly often, when it does crash, it takes a while for my brain to comprehend it, since it’s such a part of how I interact with the system now.
Quicksilver is by far the most useful app for OS X that I have besides my development applications. I now hide the dock and rarely use it! ctrl-space and im good to go!
This is one tool that has added tremendous productivity for me. Highly reccomend it.
Well, I’m just a quick learner. But I’m using launchbar istead for the moment since Quicksilver is too slow (yeah, when it comes to this, I have no patience at all, and we’re talking split seconds here)
