Let me tell you.. That was just hard and confusing. I pick up dance steps slowly. Very slowly.. Takes me 10 tries before I finally get the steps right. Hahaha.. But the exercise woman changed the steps 5 billion times and went so fast! Hey, it was fun, but I’m not sure I’ll be back there anytime soon until I learn how to COORDINATE better! Hahaha!
I must have leaned on my left leg alot because the next day, my left hamstrings were in PAIN!
But I’d try it again. Just not anytime soon. =)

Is freakin awesome! I get so motivated. There is so much energy and everyone is there for their own reasons, thier own goals. You meet a lot of really cool people and it makes me feel so much better then if I were to excercise on my own and I push myself further.

Being in a group setting motivates me. I love dance and take classes regularly. It helps keep me fit. I have made some of my closest friends in my dance classes and they are now are part of my extended family.
