stir fry

my landlady (or slumlord) keeps a hawkish watch over the stove. cooking there is a tense and often irritating experience. i suppose i’ll have to wait until i move out (december) before i can accomplish this. 3 months ago

last night i put mushrooms, broccoli, and some fresh eggs into an egg drop soup. was a great late night meal. 8 months ago

veggies are life. i like to stir fry with just a big batch of supermarket veggies, no rice, no meat, no nothin. i usually have green beans, mushrooms, carrots, red pepper, eggplant, bean sprouts, and a liberal use of the various spices. 9 months ago
