How to play tennis again
How I did it: Ok, so I had this goal since a few time ago, but I was scared about people I would meet at the tennis club and their attitude towards me. I felt that I was less than them.. However, I decided to be strong and give it a try. I started to train with them, and I told the couch that I could only play tennis for a few time and not the complete course. This was because I have a lot of hwk each day that should be done, so I had to start by training just the time I could spent on it. Finally I started training and getting back all my skills in tennis. Now, about a month after... I can sincerely say that I am playing much better than when I started, so I'm happy and having a better life quality than before. Now I even feel that I use my time in a better way, since when I go to train, I clean up my mind and get my thoughts completely out of studies, so when I come back, after taking a shower, I feel brand new and recharged with energy, to study with 100% dedication and good vibe..
Lessons & tips: Start little by little, at first you won't be able to hit the ball in the correct way, and you may fail a lot. Keep trying with a lot of perseverance and joy, and you'll make it..
Resources: Find a raquet that makes you feel comfortable when you are playing. If you are able to, try to play on brick court.. It feels better when you're starting than doing it on grass or cement..
People doing this are also doing these things:
Entries
fencing, cricket, snowboarding, soccer, archery, badminton, equestrian, swimming, dancing!, martial arts something I enjoy and can get a work out from.
I used to play it since I was a kid, and now I’m going to try training tennis again.. I’m sure I’ll have a lot of fun, distraction and I’ll just do something for my body and my mind.. I’m sure it’s going to be the best thing in the World!!!

I had to stop with achilles problems a year and a half ago. I have played 2 games recently – very low standard but thoroughly enjoyable. Still feel twinges in my heel can’t understand why it has stayed with me so long. I hope playing wont antagonise it.
Adam Reid is trying to get my debt in order
I used to be pretty good but then i just stopped. I think once i’ve achieved my “get rid of my debt” goal, this’ll be an option.
I can’t find an opponent, so I give up. And however I don’t have time for that
I might. I’ve played tennis on and off since I was nine. I’m not the best and I can barely do an overhand serve, but hopefully I can become better and atleast be on a sports team and not quit for once.
