not waste time

When time is taken away you learn to consolidate your activities. In doing so you cannot waist time becuase there is no time to waste. I guess since I’m a procrastinator I wait for the last minute to complete things, since every opprotunity I get is basically the last chance procrastination is null and void. So working 8-9 hours a day helped. Done.

Everyday is frought with time wasted. For example, all the time when I sit on the couch because I don’t feel like exerting the energy to simply get out and do something, simple as that.

My biggest enemy … wasting time …

I can’t help doing something I should not be doing…
Like : reading instead of doing an assessment
thinking instead of writing
making plans instead of doing what I had planned!!

Than I do stuff in the last minute …. I need to stop!!!

I’m not sure you want to do it this way…
But I had a baby six months ago… and I had no more time for myself. So it was easy: no time = no wasted time.

....doing something positive, even sleeping:) Right now i have a lot of time on my hands. Quit my job (it was way tooo stressful and not worth keeping) and am sitting at home. I am wasting so much time sitting in front of the TV or browsing the net..Have to stop this and spend my time doing something worthwhile. Especially since I may not have time again to do what i please. let’s see what happens.
