I shut my curtains and dance to my hearts content for about 10-30 mins a day! It’s a great cure for feeling down and makes you feel amazing without fail. You can’t feel bad while you are dancing, it’s impossible! With all those endorphins swimming to your brain! This is something i am going to pursue as a hobbie outside my bedroom at some point! For now though, i’m content with my daily dance! 7 years ago
