file my 2005 taxes

before october

one less thing weighing on my mind. now on to my irish 2006 and us 2006 taxes. they’re both due in the next 30 days. whee!

this friday to discuss US 2005 and 2006 taxes as well as irish taxes. i hate taxes!! why do i put this off? i cannot wait until this is done- i hope i can at least complete my 2005 US taxes this weekend. what a thing to look forward to- whee! but at least it’ll be done and behind me. and the letters from the US tax man will stop coming. for now.

I had an appointment with an accountant and it looks like I owe a whopping amount of money. I still need to follow up on a few things then we can send it. Shoudl be done this week.

I got everything filled out, signed, and into an envelope to send in. However my dad begged me off mailing it for another week. He thinks that this week Mary is going to come through with the 2004 tax paperwork that she’s totally not bothered with for two years. Ok. A week isn’t going to kill me, but next weekend its stamped and mailed.

I called Target and bitched them out for never having sent my forms and they’re on the way. I’m actually VERY excited to get this whole fiasco over and done with. Too bad today is a stupid holiday and I won’t be receiving it.
